Gables Residential Leases 15,000 SF for Regional Office - Realty News Report

Gables Residential, a national multifamily firm, has signed a lease renewal at 3811 Turtle Creek for its Dallas regional office.

“This renewal is an exciting benchmark in the Dallas office market. Relative to previous quarters, there have been fewer full-floor-sized leases executed in Uptown since the onset of COVID-19,” said Garrison Efird.

Triumph Group (NYSE:TGI) takes sublease space in Las Colinas - Dallas Business Journal

Aerospace company Triumph Group has subleased nearly 8,000 square feet in Urban Towers at 222 W. Las Colinas Blvd. in Irving.

Garrison Efird, Jim Cooksey, Mike Maloney and Adam Faulk with Newmark represented both Triumph and the sub-landlord, New York-based Greystone. Greystone acquired C-III Asset Management earlier this year.

Newmark has negotiated a 10,365-square-foot office lease for Kansas City-based law firm Lathrop Gage at Rosewood Court in the Uptown area of Dallas.
